Late Arrivals, Absences and Leaving the College During School Hours
Students who are late for school must report to the general office and collect a late slip before going to class.
Parents are required to contact the College on 9756 3192 by 10.00 a.m. if a student will be absent on any given day. An absent student must show his homeroom teacher a note signed by his parents when he returns to school. If a student is to be absent for a prolonged period, the level coordinator should be informed as soon as possible, so that work can be arranged.
Parents are requested to nominate a mobile phone number so that the College can report late attendance and absenteeism by SMS message.
Students who need to leave the College during school hours must have a note from their parents. This note must be signed by the HRM teacher and taken to the general office, where their name will be entered into the Early Leavers’ Book. As a general rule, parents and students should avoid making medical/dental and other appointments during school hours. Once a student has entered the College grounds, he may not leave before 3.10 pm without permission of his Year Level Coordinator.

Lockers
The College has supplied each student with access to a College locker. The locker remains, at all times, College property and may be examined by the Principal or his delegate at any stage. Students will be held responsible for the condition of their locker at the end of each year. Permanent stickers and graffiti are not acceptable under any circumstances.
Students are only to use the combination locks supplied by the College, and should notify their Coordinator immediately if they believe another student knows their combination so that a replacement lock can be provided.
All students are expected to store their bags in their locker from when they arrive until they leave the College at the end of the day. No student is to access his locker during class time or between classes.
