About Us

St Joseph’s College is a Catholic boys’ secondary school in the care of the Salesians of Don Bosco. Founded in 1965, today we have a student population of just over 1,000 boys from years 7 to 12.

At St Joseph’s we are leaders in boys' education. We provide a Salesian education that inspires dynamic learning that is life-focused, person-centred and built on the respect between teacher and student. Our broad and innovative curriculum and co-curriculum caters for the needs of all our students, both academically and emotionally.

Our community is diverse; we have a thriving International Program with students from many different countries, an Indigenous program welcoming students from Rural and Regional Australia as well as two boys from the small island nation of Kiribati. These students are in addition to our local boys.
